I have genuine concerns about Police in Regina. 

My brief background information is my daughter Sofiya Azaria previously named Sadia Khan has huge threat from Pakistani Extremists on religious & political ground.

In Canada we ran across in search of normal life. We have suffered / lived in 9 provinces.   
I will only question about our sufferings in Regina due to Police. 
We are harassed followed & continuously watched. Police contact people around us and thus have isolated us. Here are some of the details.  
On 19 January 2021 we were traveling from Alberta to Regina. At about 3 am when we were close to Regina our road was blocked by a police car. Its lights were on. On our right-side trucks were parked. We had no way to move forward. We waited for about 30 to 40 minutes. Sofiya called her watsap group of Pashtun women in USA. They advised us to stay inside and call 911. As soon as Sofiya called 911 and started talking to the 911 operator the police car moved from our way. Within next few seconds the police officer came and reassured us and let us go. I want an explanation of this police action on that night. 
After arriving in Regina we were surrounded by police cars around us. We stayed in couple of Motels. Every Motel was visited by police officers many times. After that We went through inhuman treatment and were treated unlawfully. The Hotel Managers in Regina and even in Moose Jaw behaved in the same way. All of them refused to accept credit card payment. All of them demanded cash payment. All of them refused to give us computerized receipts about our stay and payment. We were given incomplete handwritten notes. Other guests were going through standard check in and check out process. 
Many times in the morning, we found our door slightly open & door knob on unlock position. It’s our routine to barricade the main door so we remained safe.  
During strict lock-down of Covid 19 We were forced by the Hotel Managers to allow the staff daily into our room for checkup of the room. 
We desperately wanted  house of our own to have an independent life. Sofiya has savings from the sale of her house in Welland Ontario. She contacted many Estate agents. In the beginning everyone was pleased to sell a house to us on full payment. 
Soon it changed. Although We offered the full demand price of the house, yet we were refused. It happened again and again with different estate agents and with different houses on sale. The estate agents were avoiding and refusing us. Exhausted, Sofiya filed many complaints with concerned housing authorities. When they started investigation, we were able to buy our current house.  
Sofiya  made part of payment and signed the sale agreement. The house was removed from the sale listing. Two or 3 days before moving into the house we went to have a look on the house from outside. There were people in the house and the door was locked from inside. We were very upset. Sofiya called her Estate agent Christa Allingham and complained. She didn’t agree and denied that there could be any possibility of people inside the house. Next day she admitted that there were people inside and told Sofiya that they were from housing association, and they were checking the house. We were not satisfied with the explanation. We bought that house unconditionally and the house was a bank sale and was listed as where is- and- As is. There was no question of checking the house. I want to know whether Police made a request to have access to our house? We moved into our house on 4th Feb 2021. 

After few days of our arrival, we noticed huge activities in our next door tiny 2 bedroom house. Large number of cars taxis and people were coming to the house. Police often visited the house. Police started parking their cars In front of our house. Police cars often circulated around us wherever we went in Regina. We decided not to complain. We were happy to have our own house.  

We wanted to donate blood, but Our donation requests remained UN responded in Regina. Finally on 21 August 2021 We drove to Saskatoon to donate blood. After blood donation both of us collapsed in an office where I was doing finger printing for IRCC. We were taken to Royal University Hospital Saskatoon. We were very well taken care off by Doctor Brent Thoma an amazing kind and professional Doctor and his very caring staff.

On 23rd August Sofiya had some heart pain and we went back to the same hospital. As we waited for the doctor in ER, we saw 2 police officers going to the office area. Soon everything changed. I was separated from Sofiya, while other patients were allowed to have their attendants with them. I was taken to an isolated area. I was watched by security staff. I sat there for hours all by myself. Security guards were circulating around me. After waiting for almost 5 hours Sofiya was turned away without any prescription or any information about her blood and Xray report. Dr Ruby Drummond didn’t even prescribe her thyroid medicine while her TSH level was dangerously high (as per Sask E health report online) . Such acts of police has isolated us in Canada. I want to know what information was passed to the hospital staff about us? 

 Our persecution  was planned  in Pakistan and unfortunately is being implemented by police in Canada. 
My adopted daughter Amal Khan (then 19 yr old) was contacted by unknown Pakistanis on internet. Through her Instagram  calls and  messages we came to know that she was briefed by Pakistani groups to put us in serious trouble in Canada. We kicked her out from our house on 7th December 2021. I disown her. I adopted her when she was 3 months old. She will never go to that extreme unless she has green go light from Police in Canada. 
We went through a long phase of mid night door knocking. After every few days our door was knocked at mid night. Every time different people came to knock. Most probably they were undercover agents. Now It’s over in 2023.  
In recent couple of months police officers started knocking at our door. Once they knocked at midnight and asked us to open the door. We politely refused and they left. Every time they knocked, they told us they were mistaken and were looking for someone else.  
In recent months we noticed police cars outside the halal meat shop where we were buying meat. The shopkeepers were kind and nice. Next time when we went to the same shops, they were changed. No eye contacts no Hi no bye. They wanted us to leave as soon as possible. They behaved as if they feared us. We have faced similar situations in other provinces. in Quebec City homeless shelter (De Lauberiviere) inmates of shelter were nice kind & friendly. We used to eat and laugh together. Suddenly they behaved as if they feared us. They started running from us as if we were monsters. There too, Police was constantly around us. 
Few months back there were many police cars right in front of our house. They remained there for the rest of the night. In the morning I took Sofiya out and we had lunch outside. When we came back police cars were still present. One female officer approached us and told us that there was a medical emergency in the neighbor. She was polite and gave me a card with a case number RA22040594 on it. I still don’t know why she would give me someone else ‘s case number? 
Another disturbing operation of Police right outside our house is fake arrests. They can’t be real as too many arrests have taken place right outside our house in Regina and elsewhere in Canada. We are iron strong Pashtun women, In other innocent Canadians such fake police operations will rise mental illness. Please explain why so many operations were carried out in front of our house? 
Our phones are tapped. Our phone voice is noisy and almost in audible. Many times, people hangup because they can’t hear us properly. Our phones and computers are full of virus. We often get links by messages and spyware and our gadgets get infected. As soon as we step out from our house, we see police car within 1 or 2 minutes. Is advance technology being used to watch us 24 hours? Previously Our house was opened in our absence our computers and other stuff was checked but money and jewelry remained untouched. Now we carry our laptop and other gadgets with us when we go out. 
Few days back we went to Public complain commission for the follow-up of my complaint about Police. According to my information it is non-police 5-person body, but we only met MR David who is retired police officer. He was polite but didn’t offer any help. He told us that Police has Sofiya ‘s name on their record but not me. I want to know why?  
During our 8 years in Canada, we have lived together. Sofiya has not spent a single day or night without me. We were together in every situation. I am the witness that she has always done the right thing on the right time and followed my advice on all occasions. Her ATIP report in 2020 was all redacted and the very little information available was full of misstatements lies and tailored facts. Sofiya has huge threat from Pakistan. Does that make her a person of interest in Canada?  
My 64 years old eyes have seen that Canadian Police has sea of powers and yet they overstep this sea of power over & over again. Canada is a heaven with beautiful people very independent and helpful institutions, but we have genuine complaints about police.
