On 19 January 2021 we were traveling from Red Deer to Regina. At about 3 am when we were entering Regina our road was blocked by a police car. We had no way to move forward. We waited for about 30 to 40 minutes. Finally, I called 911. As soon as I started talking to the 911 operator the police car moved from our way. Within next few seconds the police officer came and reassured us and let us go.
After arriving in Regina, we were surrounded by police cars around us. We stayed in a couple of Motels. Every Motel was visited by police officers many times in a day. After that We were treated unlawfully. The Hotel Managers in Regina and even in Moose Jaw behaved in the same way. All of them refused to accept credit card payment. All of them demanded cash payment. All of them refused to give us computerized receipts. Our stay was not registered in the computer. During strict lock-down of Covid 19 We were forced by the Hotel Managers to allow the staff daily into our room. Many times, in the morning, we found our door slightly open & doorknob on unlock position. It’s our routine to barricade the main door so we remain safe.
Estate agents were not ready to sell a house to us even on full payment
I planned to buy my own house. In the beginning I got a very positive response.
Soon it changed. Estate agents were not ready to sell a house to me even on full payment of demand price. We were only able to buy our current house when I wrote complaint letters to concerned housing authorities and the investigation started.
Later, after signing the sale deed and due process, just 2 days before moving into the house, we went to check our house. There were people inside the house. I found a woman with a bag who was knocking at the door of my house. I questioned her. She said this is my house. People inside the house saw me from the window and didn’t open the door for her. She realized the situation and left. I called the Estate agent Christa Allingham. She said it’s not possible no one can enter the house. Next day she changed her statement and admitted that there were people inside the house. She said they were from housing authorities & were checking the house. The house was a Bank Foreclosures sale and was listed as is- and where is- I bought it unconditionally. There was no question of checking the house.
Few days after our arrival in our new house, we noticed huge activities in our next-door tiny house. Large number of people and cars visit the house. Police often visit the house. Police started parking their cars in front of our house. Police cars often circulate around us wherever we go in Regina. We decided not to complain. We were happy to have our own house.
It was in summer 2021 when I came back from shopping, I saw a little shaky girl who stood waiting for me as I got out of my car. She asked for help. She pointed to our opposite house of the neighbor and told me that there was a baby all alone and left unattended. I went towards the side lawn of the house where she pointed and saw many men standing there. I realized that it was a trap. I ran back to my house. Next day I saw that little girl and few more children surrounded by female police officers. Looks like Police was cooking conspiracies to put me in trouble.
Our repeated blood donation requests remained UN responded in Regina. Knowing Police is into play we secretly applied in Saskatoon. Finally on 21 August 2021 We drove to Saskatoon to donate blood. After blood donation me & my mom collapsed in an office where we were doing some important stuff. We were taken to Royal University Hospital Saskatoon. Doctor Brent Thoma an amazing kind and professional Doctor and his very caring staff treated us. On 23rd August I had some heart pain, and we went back to the same hospital. As we waited for the doctor in ER, we saw 2 police officers going to the office area. Soon everything changed. My mother was separated from me, while other patients were allowed to have their attendants with them. My mother was taken to an isolated area.
She was watched by security staff. She sat there for hours all by herself. Security guards were circulating around her. We were referred as immigrants by the hospital staff. After waiting for almost 5 hours, I was turned away without any prescription or any information about my blood and Xray report. Dr Ruby Drummond advised me to have my own family, Doctor. He refused to prescribe my thyroid medicine while my TSH level was dangerously high at 40 (as per Sask E health report online)
People treat us very badly when contacted by Police. I wonder what information was passed to the hospital staff which resulted in our inhuman treatment in the Hospital.
I decided to leave the country.
On 24 October 2021, I flew to El Salvader. After 2 days of my arrival, I noticed that in the shopping mall CCTV Security cameras Monitor I was circled red. It happened again and again on different CCTV Screens as I moved. I trembled with fear. After that Police started following me. I was kind of escorted by police wherever I went. I was staying in Motel Pasadena San Salvader (10$ daily) Soon I realized that I was being watched 24 hours. Motel Manager, a very kind person confirmed & expressed his deep sorrow over this. I gathered some courage and called the police and questioned them. They told me to contact my embassy. Next day I went to Canadian Embassy. I met with (Sarah) assistant of Canadian high commissioner and asked why I was followed by Police. They asked me to wait while they contact Global affairs Canada. Later they told me that they have no information why I was followed by Police in San Salvador. They refused any help. I came back to Canada.
It’s worth mentioning that Canadian high Commissioner to Pakistan met with Pakistan COAS Gen Qamar Bajwa on 25th October 2021 in Military General Headquarter Islamabad as well as Global affairs Deputy Minister Marta Morgan met with him on 9 November 2021 in GHQ. It was around the same time when I left Canada and came back.
Pakistani activist Karima Baloch expressed her deep concerns about the Retired Pakistani multi-Millionaire Generals growing influence in Canada. She was kidnapped & killed in Toronto. According to Canadian Police she committed suicide. Everyone in Pakistan including her family believe firmly that she was kidnapped & thrown into the sea. She received specific death threat before being killed.
Our persecution was planned in Pakistan & unfortunately is being implemented by police in Canada..
My adopted sister Amal Khan (then 19 yr old) was contacted by unknown Pakistanis on internet. Through her Instagram calls & messages we came to know that she was briefed by Pakistani groups to put us in serious trouble in Canada. We kicked her out from our house on 7th December 2021. Both my mother and I disown her. My mother adopted her when she was 3 months old. She will never go to that extreme unless she has green go light from Police in Canada.
We went through a long phase of midnight door knocking. After every few days our door was knocked at midnight. Hundreds knocked at our door. Every time different people came to knock. Now It’s over. We believe they were undercover agents. Purpose of knocking at our door in extreme cold winter nights is unknown.
After that Police officers started knocking at our door. Once they knocked at midnight and asked us to open the door. We politely refused and they left. Every time they knocked, they told us they were mistaken and were looking for someone else.
In recent past we noticed police cars outside the halal meat shop where we were buying meat. The shopkeepers behaved normally. Next time when we went to the same shops, they were changed. They behaved as if they feared us. We have faced similar situations previously. in Quebec City homeless shelter (De Lauberiviere) fellow inmates of shelter were kind & friendly. Suddenly they changed. They started running from us as if we were monsters. There too, Police was constantly around us. I wonder What info was passed to the halal Meat storekeepers about us.
In Last summer 2022 there were many police cars right in front of our house. They remained there for the rest of the night. In the morning we went out and we had lunch outside.
When we came back police cars were still present. One female officer approached us and told us that there was a medical emergency in the neighbor. I asked her if the patient was ok. She said that she cannot disclose it. We were surprised as we didn’t see any ambulance coming to the house. She was polite and gave us her visiting card. Later we found a case number (RA22040594) at the back of the card. It’s surprising that she gave us the case number of someone else. We had zero information about the sick person. She refused to provide us any info. yet she gave us a case number. It doesn’t look right. I hope its not another trap
Another disturbing thing is too much presence of police cars, Police operations & arrests Right outside of our house. This heavy Presence of Police around us is very disturbing.
Our phones are tapped. As soon as we step out from our house, we see police cars within 1 or 2 minutes. It looks like advanced technology is in use to watch us 24 hours. Previously Our house was opened in our absence our computers and other stuff was checked but money and jewelry remained untouched. Now we take extra measures to keep our gadgets & house safe.
Our online life is not private. Our emails are often hacked. We have stopped using Gmail. We have flood of viruses on our gadgets. Previously we were getting unrequested verification codes for logins into our accounts. When we complained about it, the verification codes stopped altogether. We were not getting verification codes even when requested to log in into our accounts. Someone was accessing our verification codes from service provider Lucky mobile. It’s scary that someone else can log in to our accounts while we are locked out of our own online accounts. The problem only got solved when I complained on my twitter account.
We were extremely disturbed by too much Presence of cops and their cars In front of our house and our overall harassment. We started sharing videos of police cars around us on social media to get help. My mother posted many videos on her face book and Instagram and appealed to police to stop our harassment. It continued. We contacted our MP Andrew Scheer and wrote emails to safety Minister Christine Tell to help us. We wrote a joint letter of complaint to Regina Police Chief Bray Evan on 3rd March 2023. So far, we have no reply from him. We also filed a complaint to public complaint commission. They had no answer but Within days they closed our case without addressing any of our single concern.
I want justice. Our Canadian life is a nightmare. Its live Lynching. They have no right to destroy our life. Dissidents from friendly countries should not be targeted.
